## challenge

Companies in Mexico lacked a modern, digital-first platform for employee benefits. The initial corporate travel approach wasn't scaling, and we needed a pivot that could reach product-market fit fast.

## solution

Pivoted to a digital benefits platform. Built a scalable architecture handling real-time benefit processing, integrated payment systems, and a self-service employer dashboard. Grew engineering from about 6 to 50+ people.

## outcome

152 people in a regulated fintech. Y Combinator S20. Acquired by Minu in 2023.
