Traditional feedback tools collect data but don't act on it. Teams need feedback that flows into actionable insights and automated follow-ups, not another dashboard to ignore.

## solution

Built an AI-native platform with LangGraph agent orchestration, real-time WebSocket communication, and CRM integration. The system analyzes feedback, identifies patterns, and triggers automated workflows.
