# pinflow.md

## challenge

Teams reviewing websites, designs, or documentation have no easy way to pin contextual feedback directly on the page they're looking at.

## solution

Built a Chrome extension + React web app with Convex real-time sync. Users pin annotations on any webpage, and team members see them in real-time with threaded discussions.

## outcome

Active MVP used internally at ITERIS. Chrome extension + web dashboard with real-time collaboration.
